I'm Melissa and I am so glad you are here!  I am an avid reader, dancer and learner. I generally refuse to cook, but make some mean toast and I can boil the HECK out of some water to make a good cup of tea.  My coffee game is strong, I love travel and my favorite drink in the world is mineral water.  Yeah, it's a bit of a thing around here.  I strive to live my best and most authentic life and I'd love to help you do the same.

I am an experienced Counselor and Social Worker who shifted and became a Life Coach,  Public Speaker and Certified Mental Health Integrative Provider (6/1/2021).  But, let's take a moment to talk about you and where you want to be.  You deserve the life you want to live.  There may have been times of incredible hardship and challenges that felt insurmountable, but you SURIVED those obstacles.  However, you may be feeling like you are not thriving in the way you pictured. Perhaps, some of the dreams you held have fallen by the wayside, you've put yourself last and gave up on your dreams?  Maybe, you envision a life of bliss, safety and abundance?  A joyful, inspired and bold life with love of self while thriving unapologetically?  You deserve it.  I am here to help.
